Shipping: In general all orders are shipped within 2-3 days of recieving the order. Many times the order will be shipped the same day it is placed.

Shipping Policy: Using USPS: all orders are shipped by Priority Mail and may take anywhere from 3-5 business days to get to your destination, unless you choose an expedient shippment. Using UPS: the shippment will take anywhere from 1-7 business days, depending on the service you choose.

Return Policy: Very few customers return products back to us, however, we want you to be satisfied with your pourchase from bogdanaliguidvitamins.com. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectation, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges*.        Follow the returning procedure:

1. Contact us for return instructions indicating the reason for return. Unopened product must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for shipping charges*.

2. We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item was returned. You can either choose to recieve a refund or a credit toward a replacement order.

3. We have an unconditional 60 days money back quarantee on first orders on all products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund your money less shipping charges.

*Damaged Items: Please contact us if you recieve damaged items and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund for damaged product.  If your item is damaged and was delivered to you by third party that was not the original shipper, you will need to make a claim with that third party carrier. We cannot refund the shipping charge, since it was already paid to the shipping company.

Order Changes and Cancelations: Because it is our goal to ship out your products as soon as possible, orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped out. If you wish to cancel an order, certainly let us know. If the order has been already shipped, please refer to the above for returns.
