What is in our Liquid Vitamin Supplement?
The Bogdana RNF - Rejuvenating Nutritional Formula liquid vitamins is a blend of 150 essential nutrients and micro-nutrients; nutrients which the organism itself cannot produce but they are required by humans and other living things throughout life in small quantities to orchestrate a whole range of physiological functions. We believe that taking mega-doses of vitamins is the wrong approach to supplementation. The secret is in a balance and quality of nutrients. Our formulation is in a liquid form for better assimilation, and because the energy in the liquid nutrients is better retained. When we consume micro-doses of nutrients in a liquid form we absorb more nutrients than we may be getting from mega doses of vitamins in a dry form. Our formula is a complete and balanced nutrition.

INGREDIENTS:
HONEY: Honey is a natural product consisting of a highly concentrated solution of a complex mixture of sugar and minute quantities of other constituents, such as minerals, proteins, vitamins, organic acids, flavonoids, phenolic acids, enzymes, and volatile compounds. We use honey for its natural preservative qualities, for antiseptic, antioxidant and cleansing properties. Honey promotes healing and contains enzymes – life force -biological catalysts needed to perform many functions in the body, including digestion. Honey is alkaline froming, when honey is consumed it becomes alkaline.
It also contains many active constituents and antioxidants such as polyphenols (phytochemicals), a generic term for the several thousand plant-based molecules with antioxidant properties. Many studies have been conducted about polyphenols and how they affect chemical reactions in our body. They confirm the protective effect of polyphenols on a number of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, neurodegenerative, pulmonary and liver diseases and others.
Various essential biological bioactive compounds include vitamin A (Retinol), Vitamin E, Vitamin K (Anti-Hemorrhagic Vitamin), Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Niacin, Vitamin C, Pantothenic acid, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, Manganese, Sodium, Iron, Copper, Zinc, Phosphorus, Enzymes, flavonoids and fatty acids, cinnamic acid, hydroxyl benzoic acid, octadecanoic acid, ethyl ester and more.
BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES: natural sugar, important binding ingredient for chemical reactions in the body, a good source of iron. In spite of the fact that it is sugar, it is high in minerals iron, calcium and magnesium which makes it an alkaline forming food.
The anti-inflammatory properties in blackstrap molasses ease the discomfort and symptoms of arthritis by reducing swelling, joint inflammation, and pain. 3. Promotes Strong Healthy Bones—Its rich supply of calcium supports healing and improves bone and connective tissue health.
Iron, Copper, Manganese, Vitamin 6 and Selenium
FISH OIL: called a “miracle food” of the 21st century for its many health benefits.
Omega 3 Fatty Acid, Cis-Linoleic Acid
YEAST: Pre-digested for better absorption, contains essential amino acids and B vitamins, especially important to supplement after 40.
Folic acid, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Choline, Inositol, Glycine, Histidine, Leucine,
Isoleucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tryptophane, Tyrosine, Valine, Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutonic Acid
COLLAGEN: A group of natural proteins predigested with a fruit enzymes. Collagen protein is a superior protein for human consumption because it is in a form that body can best utilize and assimilate. It contains amino acids that are are essential for the synthesis of proteins, enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters, metabolic pathways, mental stabilization, and just about every function that takes place within the human body.
L-Alanine, L-Arginine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Cystine, L-Gluconic Acid, Glycine, L-Histidine, L-Hydroxylysine, L- Hydroxyproline, L-Isoleucine, L-Leusine, L-Lycine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Proline, L-Serine, L-Threonine, L-Tyrosine, L-Valine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Niacinamide, Panthenol, Inositol, Choline, Bitrate
CELL SALTS: An important mineral constituent that is present in human cells. "Well-nourished cells are impervious to attack, for they optimally assimilate all nutrients and optimally excrete all wastes" (Dr. Steven Byrnes)
Calcium Fluoride, Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Sulfate, Ferrous, Phosphate, Potassium, Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Sulfate, Silica
TRACE MINERALS: Minerals that are present in our body in a very small level (in one part per million range). In spite of low concentration of these minerals, scientists are discovering that they play an increasingly vital role in our health, including the health of our bones and joints. According to Linus Pauling, every disease can be traced to mineral deficiency. As important as vitamins are, they will not work without trace minerals present.
Chloride, Magnesium, Sulfate, Potassium, Sodium, Lithium, Calcium, Bromine, Boron, Iron, Iodine, Dysprosium, Silica, Carbonate, Fluorine, Bismuth, Cobalt, Lutecium, Ytterbium, Cadmium, Erbium, Holmium, Chromium, Copper, Terbium, Gadolinium, Europium, Selenium, Samarium, Neodymium, Manganese, Gallium, Molybdenum, Nickel, Nitrogen, Zinc, Gold, Titanium, Praseodymium, Vanadium, Silver, Phosphorus and other trace minerals

MINERALS: Potassium, Copper, Sulfur, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Chromium
ANIMO ACIDS: The amino acids are the building blocks of protein and muscle tissue. Many physiological processes relating to bodybuilding from energy, recovery, fat loss, and strength gains are linked to amino acids.
L-Lysine, L- Arginine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Histidine, L-Tyrosine, L-Cystine, L- Carnitine, L-Glutamic Acid, Glycine
KELP: Kelp, the superfood of the sea, contains many important vitamins and minerals, including vitamins K, A, C, and E in addition to folate, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and iodine. It also provides small amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid.
ENZYMES: the lack of enzymes in a diet can result in vitamin and mineral deficiency.
OTHER NUTRIENTS: Ribonucleic Acid (RNA), PABA
