No. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for food and should not replace a well balanced diet. While we need enough nutrients, too much of some nutrients can cause problems. Any multivitamin product is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle choices like eating right, exercising regularly and visiting your doctor. A multivitamin, used daily and consistently over the long-term, and combined with other smart lifestyle choices, will provide important benefits to your health. The best advice for staying healthy is to eat a balanced diet, take your vitamins, and try to adopt other healthy lifestyle habits.
Our body makes many of the nutrients that it needs to carry out its functions. Micronutrients (mostly vitamins and minerals) are nutrients in which the organism (human body) itself cannot produce but are required by humans and other living things in small quantities to orchestrate a whole range of physiological functions. They must be obtained from outside sources, such as food or supplements.
Bogdana RNF formula is in a liquid form for better assimilation of these micronutrients. Also, the energy is better retained in liquid nutrients which help in detoxification at the cell level.
It is always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider before adding any supplements to your diet. Dietary supplements may not be risk-free under certain circumstances and if you have certain health conditions, you may be placing yourself at risk. Also, while the vitamin and mineral supplements are widely used and generally considered safe for children, you may wish to check with your doctor or pharmacist before giving any dietary supplements to your child.
